As you enter the doors on the first level the music from The Screaming Iguanas will drift over you. To your left is the management office and security offices. To the back is the entrance to the kitchen, delivery and storage area. To the right of that is the restrooms. An eloborately carved bar is manned by a well muscled, fine looking ghoul. The main part of the room is partitioned off by various movable display walls. The first section you will encounter has a sign posted stating: "All proceeds from this section will be donated to help maintain and support Victoria's Shelter and Food Kitchen. There is a dedicated wall hosting plaques thanking various donors for their generous donations. Two plaques are already displayed. One bearing the name of Blake and Autumn MacAllister for $1,000. The other sports a gold money clip and notes the donation of $1,000 anonymously, making notation that it was the first donation made from this division of The Gallery of Dreams.

The art work displayed within this section is comprised of artwork donated by various artists as well as sketches, paintings and photographs, framed in hand crafted frames done by Nikadia from her research of the homeless, transients and such from the less fortunate side of life. Each of her pieces deeply depicts the emotions portrayed by these people, very life like, so much so they almost seem as if they could step out of the picture.

The rest of this level as you make your way around the various display walls is devoted to new and unknown, upcoming artists, most of which is from the local area. Paintings, sketches, sculptures, metal works and jewelry are among the items displayed for sale.

(Note: all windows within the building have been blackened, with the best of security measures being applied to each window and door. The fire protection throughout is of a chemical that will not harm any of the art work. Lighting throughout is such that it enhances the focused art.)
